Thank you for visiting and reviewing the latest regatta. While Racing in Plumper Sound was an amazing event full of fun and lots of racing, the M242 Canadians was also an interesting regatta to attend.
It has to be admitted that there's something special about the one design fleets. Competition is fierce, the boats are never more than inches apart (or so it seems), and the view of the fleets on the water are really something spectacular -- not to mention the yelling at mark roundings.
While attending the Canadians, opportunities to take photographs of the Stars and the Dragons for their respective races were also presented. Thank you to all the regatta organizers for having Through My Eyes Productions as a participant at your event. It's not quite racing, but it certainly brings back the memories.
If you're here to find the photographs from RIPS 2009, you'll find them in the "ARCHIVE" link on the left.
To view the photographs from the regatta in their best format, it is recommended that you view them with the thumbnails turned off. You can access the slideshow play and thumbnail buttons at the bottom right of the screen.
